Jolly ol' St. Nicholas is bobbin' away on a chilly winter day!
Santa Claus is a bobble head with a round belly wiggling like a bowl full of jelly.
Santa is a table-top piece, large enough to see but small enough to tuck into a shelf, office desk or along a mantle.
Santa Claus Bobble measures:
5.75 inches tall
3.75 inches wide
Each adorable Santa Claus is handmade in my ceramic studio.
First the ceramic mould has premium ceramic slip poured into it. The mould is timed to hold the slip and the greenware is then removed from the mould. Once removed it must dry. The piece is then cleaned and fired in the kiln. After the kiln cools the ceramic is considered bisque ware, ready to paint! Each Santa is hand painted using fine acrylic colors and sealed with clear varnish.
