Medium Mushroom
Cap 9 inches wide, stem 4 and 3/4 inches
11 inches tall

Small Mushroom
Cap 9 inches wide, stem 4 and 3/4 inches
9 inches tall

These adorable mushrooms are handmade using the slip casting method. Vintage molds cast these mushrooms, it is then cleaned and fired in the kiln. Once it is fired it is removed from the kiln after a day of cooling. The piece is cleaned and prepped for glazing white, applying polka dot appliqués, glazing orange and finally glazing clear. Each glazed cap is fired in the kiln and the stem is painted with acrylic paints in taupe brown, dry brushed a buttercream white.
